(Before H. Allwright, Esq.) ; Embezzlbuent. — George Mitchell was charged with embezzling certain monies tho property of one Alexander Lazaretto. Sergt.Major O'Grady stated that tho accused had been given in charge on Saturday night, and as the witnesses in tho caso woro at Ashburton ho would ask for a remand. The Bench remanded accused until Saturday.
