The restoration to tbe Ameer of the territories occupied by the British expeditionary force, except certain passes, which aro to be treated as districts assigned to India. 9. The surplus revenue derived from these- i distriots will be paid to the Ameer. "/ 10. The British Government to have complete comtrol of the Native tribes in tbe Kyber Pass and Meranee Pass. .
