NEW PLYMOUTH, April 12. The Hinemoa arrived last evening with tho Hons. Sheehan and Whitmore. Colonel Whibmore landed last night, and Mr Sheehan this morning. The steamer left again at 11, with Mr Macandrew, Col. Whitmore, and Mr Blackett. Major Brown has arrived from Hawera, and had an interview with Mr Sheehan. It is reported here thafc Colonel Whitmore landed at Opunake, on the way up, to see Major Tuke, to make arrangements respecting the erection of a stockade there.
