Aabil 1. The first ohurch at the Bluff was opened yesterday by the Primitive Methodists. The Customs' returns for the quarter ended March 31 amount to £10,745 as against £10,421 for the corresponding quarter of last year.
445 claims to vote have been registered, namely— B32 for the Mataura district, and 113 for the town.
