NAPIER.

[SPECIAL.]

MABOH 22.

The charges in the Police Court against J. G. Kinross, J. B. Worgan, F. Button, and Worgjin will probably be commenced on Tuesday. The case against Donnelly and Price, for defrauding Ronata in a fictitious house sale of two houses for £1200 comes first on Monday. Some difficulty may ariee as Worgan is in prison at Wanganui, committed for forgery, and the Crown lawyers do not seem clear about their power to move him before tho trial. This is not expected to stop the immediate prosecution of the cases against Kinross and Subton.
