Thib Day. (Before G-. L. Hellish, Esq., E.M.) A TaiPiß Obabgb. — Henry Martin was . charged with heing drunk and disorderly, with behaving in a riotous manner in a public house and refusing to leave the same wher requested to do so by the licensee or his agent . and with wilful and obscone exposure withir view of a public place. The barman at the Bush Inn, Eiccarton, deposed that accused . came there about four o'clock, and at onc< became rowdy, threatening witness and others with violence because he was not served witl . drink. Police assistance had to bo obtainec from Ohristchurch. The indecent exposuN occurred in the public bar of the hotel. Cor roborative evidence was given. Accused, ii reply the Bench, said, " I don't mind nothing . about it." There were no previous convic tions against the accused, who was now Cnet 20a for the drunkenness and riotous conduct .' and sentenced to 14 days' imprisonment fo . the indocent exposure.
