New Zealand Guano.— Tho Southland Times learns thafc a schooner haa been fitted oufc afc Riverfcon for the purpose of cruising among fche sounds and bays of the Weßt Coast in search of deposits of guano. It appears that fche projeotors of the enterprise were successful last winter in proouring a quantity in one cave. This was sold in the Western Distriot, and the crops of those farmers who used it have been ao muoh benefited that it is expected there will be a large demand next •eawn.
