OPINION IN ENGLAND.
The English press is unanimous in its viewa reapeoting tho impolioy of permitting Russia to tako Stamboul, otherwise it speaks against helping Turkey. Great importance ia attaohed to Princo Bismarok's remarks regarding Austria, aa it ia believed that tho positions of Austria and Gormany in regard to tho Eastern Question will tend to looaliso war should it break out.
