Dbonkenness.—-Thomas Daniels, who bad evidently been drinking heavily, was remanded for three days. —Thomas Ryan, for drunkenness and breaking a pane of glass in Sullivan's dining rooms, Cashel street, was flojd 40a.-— Ellen Jordan was fined 20a snd Henry Toppin 10s. —Two inebriates, who appeared for the first time, were fined 5j eaoh, and one wai remanded for medical treatment. This Dat. (Before G. L. Mellish, Eiq., R.M.) The Court opened at 11 o'olook. DBtrNKßNNßsa. —Seven inebriates who appeared for tho first time were fined 5s each. Annie Wharton was fined 20a, Theresa Dixon lOi, and Robert Martin 10a. Labobny 07 a Pipb. —Wm. Joslin waa brought up charged with baying stolen a meerschaum pipe from Maurice Sohaumas. It appeared that proieoutor bad a stall for the sale of fanoy goods on the raceopurse yesterday, and prisoner while in a Bali intoxicated condition waa seen to take a, pipe from the atall and mako off* with-it. Proaeoutor followed prisoner, found the pipe in his possession and gave "him into custody. Prisoner waa sentenced to levon days' impriaonment with hard labour.
