Monday, Sept. 28. (Before W. Donald.-.Esq. R.M.) Refusal of Duty and Combining to Disobey Lawful Commands. — Edward Thomas, Thomas Freemantle, Adolph Petersen, Henry Saunders, Alfred Gilbert, Frank Tabar, Thomas Richards, George Williamson, and William Bartlett, able Beamen belonging to- the ship Cathcart, were brought up charged by Captain Crawford with the above offence, and each sentenced to ten weeks' imprisonment with hard labour.
