Wednesday, Sept. 23. (Before W. Donald, Esq., R.M.) Dbunkenness. — Edwin Kens, arreßted by Constable M'Gorman, charged with this offence, was fined 10s.

Refusal of Duty and Abusive Language. — John Murphy waß brought up, charged with the above. The offence was proved by Captain M'Cann, of the ship Inverallan, and accused was sentenced to one week's imprisonment, with hard labour.

Refusal op Duty. — Joseph Carter, alao a seaman on board the ship Inverallah, was brought up, charged wifch refusing duty, and ordered on board his ship.
