Gutting into a Railway Oabbiage WHiiE in Motion. — George Duncan, arrested byi Constable Davis, afc the Lyttelton Bailway Station, was dismissed with a caution, in consideration of the fact that he had been locked up since Saturday night. Dbunkenness. — Mary Holmes, arrested by Constable Hughes, waa brought up, charged with having been drunk and creating a disturbance in the CriLerion Holel,Z Gloucester street, on Saturday night. The offence was proved and prisoner was fined 20s. Dbfnk and Disobdebly. — Githeiineßoyle arrested by Constable Prs w, in Durham street, on Saturday last, and againßt whom there were several previous conviotiona of recent date, was sentenced to 14 days' imprisonment, with hard labour, with a caution that if again brought she would be treated as a vagrant.
