She proceeds to Auckland to have her engines fitted ; thence to Lyttelton for a cargo of breadstuffs. Two hundredweight of specimens, have been got out of the Caledonian mine ; shares ure advancing. Wellington', April 20. An attempt ia being mado to float a railway carriage and waggon factory, with a capital of £50,000 ; half to be called up ; the prospectus is to be issued in a few days.
