Hoskins, 25 ; Darlington, 25 ; Prouse, 24 ; Greer, 24 ; Hamlin, 24 ; Boardman, 23. Wellington, March 18. The tender of Mr E. G. Wright, of Christchurch, for the bridges over tho North and South branches of tho Kowai river, have been accepted. The amount is £13,065, the only tender received. The Government has also accepted a tender for tho Deborah Bay railway contract — D. J. McKenzie, £35,227. Bluff, March 18. The Otago, Captain McLean, arrived at 9 a.m. ; left Melbourne on March 12, brings 506 tons cargo, 38 cabin and 76 steerage passengers for all ports. Sails for Dunedin at 6 p.m. _ __^
