Her bulwarks had been carried away in a gale, and she was short of water ,owing tojthe capsizing of her tanks. She will probably be detained a week. Drns-EDix, Sept. 6. Application for shares in the National Insurance Company close all over the colony on the 22nd ingtant. A meeting of the Rifle Association, held yesterday, adopted a resolution to send four representatives to the intercolonial matches, and more if possible.
