Walker proposed, and Mr Donald Cameron seconded, the nomination of Charles James Harper, who was returned without opposition. Nelson, April 3. Mr A. J. (J. C. ?) Richmond is a candidate for the seat for Nelson suburbs, resigned by Mr Ralph Richardson, who proceeds to England.
