Welling-ton,-on Monday, Dec. 18, at 11.15 a.m. For the Northern Provinces of New Zealand, s.s. Phcebe, on Wednesday, Dec. 20, at 11 a.m. .-•- For the United- Kingdom, Continent of .Europe, Africa, America, the West Indies .(via San Francisco), also, the Sandwich Islands, and Northern Provinces of New Zaalund, per the s.s. Wellington, on Saturday, Dec. 23.. at 1.15 p.m. Newspapers at 12 noon. Money orders and registered lettci'3 at 10.30 a.m. , Late letters for all the above places, bearing a single rate above the full postage, may be posted till 2 p.m.
