ON LETTERS, BOOK-PACKETS, AND NEWSPAPERS, WITH THE REGULATIONS AFFECTING POSTAGB TRANSMISSION, &C, &C. Office Hours —9 a.m. to 53p.m. LETTERS. I. —-TOWN LETTERS. Posted at any post-office within the colony for delivery at such post-office :— Not exceeding half-an-ounce ... Id. Exceeding half-an-ounce, but not exceeding one ounce ... 2d. For every half ounce or fraction of half an ounce . ... Id, lI. —NEW ZEALAND LETTERS. Posted at any office within the colony for delivery at or from any other post-office within the colony : — Not exceeding hal£-an-ounce... 2d.
