This Dat. (Before C. C. Bowen, Esq., R.M.) Drunkexness. — John Bradley, in the custody of constable Wallace, was charged with having been drunk and created a disturbance in a public place yesterday evening, near the Borough Hotel. The case wag proved, but prisoner promising earnestly that he would not offend again, he was dismissed with a caution. Unregistered Dos. — William Baynon, for being the owner of an unregistered dog above the prescribed age of three months, was fined 20a.
