CONTINENTAL.
The Spanish Government is rigorously prohibiting the export of contraband of war to France. In Italy the acquisition of Eome gives trouble to the Government, and a dissolution of Parliament is expected. The disposal of the Pope gives great perplexity. The delay in the proclamation of Eome as the capital occasions distrust. There are Ministerial crises in Holland and Belgium. The Hungarian Diet refuses to break the neutrality by discussing a a motion of sympathy with France.
