CHRISTCHURCH. This Day. (Before C. C. Bowen, Esq.., R.M., and Dr Coward.> Vagrancy. — Annie Driscoll, one of the most frequent offenders of the city prostitutes, was brought up, in the custody of Constable Wilson, charged, under the Vagrant Act, with having created a disturbance in the vicinity of the Theatre last night. Being her fifth appearance during the present year, and having recently been cautioned that when she again offended she would be severely dealt, with, his Worship sentenced her to three months' imprisonment, with hard labour.
