Ruddenklau. The schooner Aspasia, Captain Johnson, arrived in harbour yesterday. She left Pelorus Sound on Friday morning, and had light winds and calms through the Straits. She brings a cargo of timber, consign? i to Mr Hawkins. Tub ketch Emerald, Captain Whitby, arrived in harbour yesterday evening at ten o'clock, from Picton. She left Queen Charlotte Sound at one p.m. on Saturday, and had favourable winds to the heads, where she arrived at 7 p.m. yesterday ; had baffling winds up the harbour, and made the run to the heads in 30 hours. She brings a cargo of timber, consigned to Mr J. T. Brown. The barque Velocidade sailed for Newcastle this morning at 10 o'clock. The schooner Bonnie Lass, bound for Hokitika -, Jane Ann, for C harleston ; and Banshee, for Auckland, sailed for their various ports this morning. Thb schooner Bonnie Lass, Captain McDonald, sailed this morning for Hokitika. The schooners Jane Ann and Banshee sailed this morning — the former for Charleston, the latter for Auckland. TnE s.s. Beautiful Star, Captain Christian, arrived in harbour yesterday afternoon, at one o'clock, having left Dunedin wharf at 7 p.m. on the 14th ; called at Oamaru, and arrived at Timaru at 2 p.m. on the 15th ; left again at 6 p.m., and arrived at Akaroa yesterday at 5.30 a.m. ; left again at 7.30, arriving ns above. We are indebted to the purser for files. She sai's on her return trip to-morrow.
