♦ CHRISTCFIURCH. This Day. (Before C. C. Bowen, Esq., R.M.) Drunkenness. — Maurice Ford, an old offender, arrested by Constable Flanagan for having been drunk and disorderly yesterday, was fined 40s, or, in default, ordered to be locked up for 48 hours.— W. Dunn was proved, on the evidence of Constable Wilson, to have been drunk and disorderly whilst in charge of his licensed cab at the Town Hall last night, and was fined 20b, with an order for the conviction to be endorsed upon his lioense.
