«. CHRISTCHLRCH. This Day. (Before C. C. Bowen, Esq., R.M). Drunkenness. — John Bradley, a previous offender, was convicted of havingbeen drunk and [disorderly yesterday, and was fined 10s. —Peter Coyle, brought up for the first time, admitted having been drunk and incapable yesterday, and havingbeen locked up all night, was dismissed with a caution. — Edward Dunford, charged on the 19th inst. with having been drunk and assaulting the police when being arrested, but who failed to appear, was now summoned for the additional offence of neglecting to answer his recognizances on that occasion, and having no tangible excuse to offer for either offence, was fined £3 and costs.
