Double the above fares may be charged after dark. Double the above fares may be charged to vessels lying off or to the eastward of Officer's Point when an easterly sea is on, provided the boat is manned by two hands. For detention of boat for a period exceeding^twenty minutes; an extra charge of 6d for every quarter-of-an-hour duriiag which the boat shall be detained.
