SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR THE BUTLDiNG OF THE NEW C H U R C H or ST. MICHAEL AND ALL ANGELS. SUBSCRIPTIONS are earnestly solicited in aid of the above object. The insufficient size, the bad condition of the fabric, and the unhealthy closeness of the present church, combine to make this a work of pressing necessity. It is proposed to build a wooden church oh stone foundations, to hold, when completed, not less than 600 sittings, of which one-third will be free. It has been resolved not to advertise for tender's until the sum of £1000 shall be in hand. The following list represents' an amount of £ 1 200 . Is, of which the sum of £718 19s 9d has been; received.'
