— ♦ CHRISTCHURCH. This Day. (Before C. C. Bowen, Esq., R.M., and B. Westenra, Esq.) Drunkenness — James Deagen admitted having been drunk and incapable, but being his first offence, he was discharged with a caution. — D. Smith was charged with having been drunk and breaking a pane of glass at Tom's Coffee-house, High street, yesterday. From the evidence, it appeared that prisoner, with his mate, went to the place for refreshment; but Mr Lodge, having occasion to object to prisoner's presence, put him out. Prisoner then deliberately broke the glass in the window. .A line of 10s was imposed.
