LYTTELTON.
(.Before F. D. Gibson, Esq., and his Worship the Major.) Vagrancy and Drunkenness. — Stephen Stevenson, alias William Stevens, wsb charged with these offences. On the first charge he was dismissed, upon promising to leave the town ; and for the charge of drunkenness he was fined 10s, and in default was sentenced to twenty-four hours' imprisonment.
