TO THE ELECTORS OF LYTTELTON. /^i ENTLEMEN,— After serious consideraV_T tion, and having due regard to the expressions of opinion I have been favoured with on the subject, I have determined to offer myself as a candidate for re-election to the Provincial Council as one of your representativee, I wish, among other things, to have by your favour the opportunity of continuing to agitate in the Council for those harbour improvements which are so necessary, not only for Lyttelton, but for the best interests of the whole province.
