THIS DAY. (Before Mr Justice Gresson.) His Honor sat in the Court Chambers at eleven o'clock this morning. BE JOHN BLAKE, DECEASED. Mr Fereday applied for leare to issue letter* of administration, with will annexed, to Kobt. Beattie, sole legatee. His Honor made the order as prayed, and reduced the bond to £10, the accounts and inventory to be filed within twelve months from date. CRTEB V. M'COBMICK AMD ANOTHER. Mr Hanmer applied for a decree for accounts, and inquiries to be taken and made. His Honor granted the decree. GBAHAM V. PEPPEBELI,. Mr Hanmer's application for leave to sign judgment on demurrer nunc pro tune, was ordered to Btand over until Tuesday next. PAGE V. SB AH AM. Dr Foster's application for an injunction was ordered to stand over until Tuesday next.
