Phoebe, arrived in harbour yesterday, at 1.30 p.m, from the Bluff, via Dunedin, having left the former port on the 27th inst. at 4.45 p.m. ; arrived at Port Chalmers on the 28th, at 8 a.m.; sailed same day for Lyttelton at 4 p.m., arriving as above, having experienced light winds and fine weather throughout. We are indebted to the purser, Mr Wheeler, for full Southern files. The Phoebe sailed yesterday at 3.45 p.m. for Auckland, via Wellington and other ports, having en board the outward English Pacific mail. ' •
