Dutjnkenness.— Stephen Stephenson, who had been before the Bench three times during the past five weeks, was again charged with having been drunk and incapable, and was fined 408, or in default 14 days' imprisonment. — William Price, for having been drunk and using obscene language at the Railway Station. waß fined 20s. — Cornelius Morgan M'Sweeney, for having been drunk and disorderly, was also fined the same amountJames Smith, for a similar offence, waa mulcted in the lesser penalty of 10s. — Patrick Gallagher, alias William C. Goldy, for having been drunk aud incapable, was also fined the same amount.
Petit Theft. — Johu Thompson, a boy, six years of age, was charged with having stolen a pocket knife, but he averred that he found it, and was dismissed with a caution.
