CHRTSTCHURCH. This Day. (Before C. C. Bowen, Esq., R.M., R. Wilkin, and E. W. Humphreys, Esqrs.) Drunkenness. — James Harding and James McKee, two men who failed to answer to their recognizances on Monday, on a charge of haying been diunk and incapable the previous day, were brought up in custody for their first offence, and also upon a second charge of a. similar character. Instead of attending the Court on Monday, they had, it appeared, been drinking, and were arrested during the afternoon for being again intoxicated and incapable. His Worship censured them strongly for their conduct, and fined each of them 20s. — William Henderson Meikleham was also charged with having been drunk and incapable, but being his first appearance, he was dismissed with a caution.
