CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. (Before C. C. Bowen, Esq , R.M., and E. W. Humphreys, Esq.) LvKACY. — Joseph Fuchs, landlord of the Wellington Hotel, was brought up in the custody of Constable Wilson, charged with being of unsound mind. He had been conducting himself in a very strange manner in the public thoroughfares of the city, but having recently suffered from a severe illness, and the evidence not showing him to be permanently insane, he was remanded for three days, in order to permit of fuller evidence being taken.
