PUBLIC NOTICE. THE Proprietors of the Lyltelton Times beg to inform the public that they have made arrangements which will enable them every month to PRESENT SUBSCRIBERS TO THEIR PAPER with a FREE COPY of the EUROPEAN MAIL. It is unnecessary to enlarge upon the merits of the European Mail, as they speak for themselves. Those who have seen the paper agree that it is tbe most complete and best arranged monthly summary of European news which reaches the Colonies.
