THE Proprietors of the Lyttellon Times beg to inform the public that they have made arrangements which will enable them every month to PRESENT SUBSCRIBERS TO THEIR PAPER with a FREE COPY of the EUROPEAN MAIL. It is unnecessary to enlarge upon the merits of the European Mail, as they speak for themselves. Those who have seen the paper agree that it is the most complete and best arranged monthly summary of European news which reaches tbe Colonies. The first supply of the European Mail intended for the Subscribers to the Lyttelto ?i Times will leave London on December 31, and from that time the European Mail will be regularly delivered with the Times immediately after the urrival of the English Mail.
