Supreme Court.

This Dat. (Before Mr Justice Gresson.) His Honor sat in Court Chambers at 1 1 o'clock this morning. j Ix Bankruptcy. RE DAVID WRIGHT. Mr Cottrell applied for an order of adjudication and meeting of creditors. His Honor made the order, and fixed the meeting of creditors for Wednesday, the 15th December, at 1 1 o'clock. RE WILLIAM B WDEN. Mr Slater applied for an order fixing a dav for last examination and discharge. His Honor fixed the last examination for Thursday, the 13th January. RE HENRT MOSS. Mr Slater applied for an order declaring complete execution of deed of assignment, annulling adjudication, and giving leave to file deed. His Honor made the order as prayed, and directed the cost of the bankruptcy proceedings to be paid out of the estate. RE WILLIAM BARNARD. Mr Joynt applied for an order fixing a day for last examination and discharge. His Honor fixed the last examination for Thursday, the 13th January. RE GEORGE CHARLES SIMPSON. Mr L. E. Nathan, creditor, petitioned for an order of adjudication. W. P. Cowlishaw was examined, and proved the act of bankruptcy. L. E. Nathan produced two acceptances from the debtor. One was overdue, and the other not due yet. They were for £86 43 in all. The acceptances were taken by him from the bankrupt in the usual course of business, for goods purchased by him at auction. When one of the acceptances became due it was presented at the Bank of New South Wales, and returned unpaid, with the remark " insolvent" written on it. The debtor was justly and truly indebted to him for goodß sold and delivered. Mr Wynn Williams applied for an order of adjudication. His Honor made the order, and fixed the surrender and meeting of creditors for two o'clock on Wednesday, the 15th December. RE HENRT CHARLES "WEST. The debtor applied for an order of adjudication and meeting of creditors. *** His Honor made tbe order, and fixed the meeting of creditors for Wednesday, the 15th December, at 12 o'clock. .
