The s.s. Eagle sailed for Wellington this af'ernoon. The s.s. Wainui sailed for Dunedin,: via intermediate ports, this day, at 2 p.m. The line clipper ship England arrived in harbour this morning, from Dunedin. She was at the heads last night, but, owing to the south-west (-ales, auchored outside.' She came up to her anchorage off the town at 12.30 p.m. She comes to load wool and flax for London, and is advertised to follow the Lord Raglan. The brig Princess Alice, Capt. Cleary, arrived in harbour yesterday morning at 1 1 o'clock, from Newcastle, N.S.W., having left that port on the Bth inst. During the passage, encountered strong variable winds -, made Cape Farewell on Thursday night, and passed Stevens' Island on Friday afternoon ; made Cape Campbell on Saturday afternoon, aud arrived as above. The Princess Alice brings 381 tons of coals consigned to Mr R. Wood, and will haul up to the Government wharf to discharge this moraiug.
