The fine ship Lord Raglan, Capt. Beaver, arrived at the heads this morning, and came to her auchoiage about 10 o'clock. She cleared Port Phillip heads on. the Ist inst; yraa detained three da.ys in Bass' Strait; experienced strong south-east gales two days after; made the Snare* on the Hth; snd from thence had light winds and very foggr weather, accompanied with rain, until arrival as above. The Lord Raglan 13 consigned to Messrs Cobb and Sawtell, of Christchurch, the Lyttelton agent beins Mr .A. Onir. She is advertised to sail for London early in January, with a cargo of wool.
