Herr Bandman, while playing lago, gave Mrs Street a flesh wound with his sword, causing great excitement. The Melbourne Banking Company has declared a dividend of 10 per cent. Nfcln his gallops, on Oct. 28, Manuka Appeared to go indiflerently, and is now at a reduced price. Traverton and Detective ran well. The latest betting is — Derby, 5 to 4 on Charon. * Circassian and Strop are freely backed for the Cup. Coquette, Warrior, and Traverton are scratched for the Hotham Handicap.
