The Proprietor of the Stab, encouraged by the unprecedented success which has hitherto attended his venture, has determined to meet the demand for Cheap News by REDUCING THE PRICE OF THE STAR TO A HALFPENNY! While reducing the price by One Half, the Proprietor does not intend to curtail the Paper, which will contain the Latest and Fullest Telegraphic News from Europe America, Australia, and all parts of New Zealand, besides the Latest Local and Other News.
