This Dat. (Before C C Bowen, Esq., R.M.) Drunkenness. — W. H. Smart, a previous offender,, was brought up for having been drunk and disorderly yesterday, and wae ordered to pay 20s, or be imprisoned for 48 hours. — Ellen Turtle, charged for the first time with having been drunk and incapable, was dismissed with a caution. I arcent. — Neil Henry Martin was brought up on a charge of having a stolen a purse, containing money and other valuables, from tlie person of James Smith; but tbe prosecutor's evidence being contradictory and uncertain, prisoner was discharged with a caution.
