The ship Caroline Coventry cleared the Customs this morning, for Callao. She will sail on Saturday. The M. A. & N. Z. Co.'s s.s. Gothenburg, Capt. Underwood, arrived in harbour this morning, at 10 o'clock, from Melbourne, via Bluff and Dunedin. The Gothenburg left Hobson's Bay at 4 p.m. ou July 19 ; cleared Port Phillip's Heads at 7 p.m., and passed Cape Schank at 9 p.m.; Bass Straits was cleared at 10 p.m. on July 20 ; from thence fine weather was experienced. Passed the Solander at 10 a.m. on July 24, and arrived at Bluff harbour at 2 a.m. on July 25; entered the harbour at daylight, discharged cargo, and left at 4 p.m. on July 26 ; had fine weather along the coast, and arrived at Port Chalmers ut daylight on July 27. Left ugain on July 28 at 1 p.m., and arrived as above. We bave to thank Mr Kirk, purser, for full files The Gothenburg sailed at 5 p.m. for Wellington. Tub Circular Saw Company's s.s. Airedale, Capt Kennedy, arrived in harbour this morning at 8.30. Left Onehunga on July 22, at 3 p.m., but owing to a heavy S.W. gale, with a tremendous sea running, was barbound at the Heads till 8 a.m. on July 24, when she sailed for Taranaki, arriving at 11 p.m. the same day; left on July 25, and arrived at Nelson at 7 a.m. on July 26 ; sailed again at 1 1 a.m., and arrived at Picton at 7 p.m. the same day; left Picton at midnight on July 26, with the schooner Canterbury in tow, and arrived at Wellington at 6.30 a.m. ou July 27 ; sailed for Lyttelton at 2 p.m. on July 28, arriving as above. We are indebted to Mr Pringle for files. The Airedale sailed for Dunedin at 1.30 p.m.
