THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT invites TENDERS for the erection of a SWING BRIDGE at Eaiapoi, on the present site, and according to the original plan, with alterations, complying with the terms of the "Eaiapoi Bridge Ordinance, 1868." Intending contractors to state the time required to complete the Bridge, and tlje length of time during which they will require to : close, the traffic during the erection . of the Bridge in the hours of daylight. The material of the present Bridge to be at the disposal of the contractor. Applicants to state the amount for which they will do the work, taking put the payment in tolls as they accrue. .
