Four copies — one e:>ch for collector, landing-surveyor, landingwaiter, and tide-waiter. Sight entries. Three copies— one each for landing-waiter, landing-sur-veyor, and tide-waiter. Pe.-fecfing of Sight. Two copies — one each for collector and landing-sur-veyor. Warehousing wet and dry goods by themselves. Five copies — one each for collector, landing-waiter, tide-waiter, warehouse-keeper, and locker. Home Consumption Entrie«, three copies — one each for collector, warehouse-keeper, and locker. In Home Consumption Entries, value not required. Sampling Entriea from the warehouse will be issued by order from the Custom-house by duplicate entry, viz., one for the collector, and on"
fur for the warehouse-keeper: — Sample spirits, bottle or less, duty, 2s 6d ; do wine, bottle or less, do, Is 6d; do cigars, -£lb or less, do, Is 6d ; do t..-b:icco, ilb, do, Is 6d. The same not to affect the account or clearing from the bonder! warehouse. N.B. — A free sample out of each parcel of goods, if for bonded warehouse, is allowed, at time of gauging or examination at Lyttelton Wharf, or Christchurch Railway Gauging Sheds. Removals from one warehouse to another in same p rt, five copies—one each for- collector, landing waiter, warehouse-keeper, and two lockers, one for delivering warehouse, and the other for receiving warehouse. ' s Exportation. — Export from warehouse, four copies — one each for collector, warehouse-keeper, locker, and searcher. Shipping bill required. Removals coastwise, ex warehouse, ditto. Export of Free Goods, two copies — one each for collector, and searcher. Transhipping Entries, four copies — one each for collector, landing waiter, fde waiter, and searcher.
