Service of subpeena or order or copy of notice of set-off, if within 2 miles of tho Court-house, 35.; For every extra mile, ono way, ls. ; Bailiff's fee upon execution of any warrant, or going to view tenement, upon each view, 45. ; Executing any warrant, or going to view tenement beyond 2 miles from the Court-house, for every extra mile, one way, ls, ; Poundage on sum levied or received under distress, Is.; For keeping possession, per diem, any sum not- oxcoeding Bs. ; Auctioneers' commission on sale of goods taken in execution, 5 per cent. ; Advertising eale, the actual cost.
