_Stow;away.— James Kenny was charged with being a stowaway on -board the s.s. Wellington. Owing to the steamer having left yesterday, there was no one to prosecute. A letter was handed in signed, by Mr Moss, purser, authorising the agent to prosecute. The bench said as there was no prosecutor present the accused must be discharged.
