The Customs revenue collected at Christchurch and Lyttelton to-day amounted to .£338 15s 2d. The following were the items: Wine, 54 J gallons, £10 19s 2d ; spirits, 125 gallons, £82 4s 7d; ale (bottled), 266 gallons, £16 12s 6d; tea, 3265 lbs, £81 12s 6d; sugar, 6720 lbs, £28 ; tobacco, 348 lbs, £43 10s; cigars, 207 lbs, £51 15s ; cornsacks, 5 bales, 8s 9d; shirts, 1 case, 6s 3d ; lanterns, 1 cask, s 6d; mustard, 3 cases, £1 9s 7d ; drapery, 3 cases, £14 5s ; stationery, 11 packages, £6 15 4d; arms fees, 14s.
The amount collected during the past week was, £2450 19s 6d
