The time for receiving tenders for the new Government House . is extended to March 20. Nelson, March 8, 7.25 p.m. One hundred and fifty miners arrived by the Eangatira from the Thames for Wakamarina, and it is reported that two hundred more are coming in the John Perm. The diggers are disappointed, as there are no good grounds for such a rush. Camp Mountain Creek is over-rushed, and many of the new arrivals go on to the West Coast. Napier, March 8, 7.52 p.m. Letters have been received confirmatory of the intended rising in the "Waikato, and stating that ' the East Coast is to be the point of attack. Auckland news has been received to March 5. There has been great excitement in anticipation of the rising in the European districts, but it is now subsiding. The Suez telegrams reached Auckland by the Hero, from Sydney. \
