Dkunkenness. — Martin Hursley was charged with having been drunk and disorderly yesterday, but being his first offence, was discharged with a cautidtr Larceny.— James Burns was brought up on suspicion of larceny of a quantity of wearing apparel, but the police not being ready to go on with the case, he was remanded until a later period of the day.
